MotoSurf Rivals Ignite in Çeşme

Where golden sands meet turquoise waters, Fun Beach Çeşme became the epicenter of speed and spectacle as Round 2 of the 2025 MotoSurf World Championship brought the roar of motorized surfboards to Türkiye’s breathtaking Aegean coast.

Against the stunning backdrop of the Turkish Riviera, 82 riders from 16 nations carved through the waves in an adrenaline-fueled battle for championship glory. Supported by the Türkiye Motorcycle Federation, Izeltaş, and the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the event signaled Türkiye’s rising presence in global water sports—a vision realized through the tireless efforts of Jetsurf Türkiye leader Murat Yorgancılar, whose commitment made this international showcase possible.

Elite Class: Zahorsky’s Flawless Masterclass
In the Elite Class, Czech rider Lukas Zahorsky delivered a commanding performance, seizing victory after a nail-biting duel with compatriot Matej Kozisek. Rounding out the podium, Matyas Novotny kept the championship race alive with a spectacular finish.

Women’s Class: Matouskova Extends Her Reign
Eliska Matouskova tightened her grip on the championship leaderboard with another decisive win. Her rivals, Sara Zuborova and Aneta Stloukalova, fought fiercely but couldn’t match Matouskova’s relentless pace, solidifying her status as the rider to beat this season.

Stock & Rookie Classes: New Stars Emerge
In the Stock Class, Hasan Boabbas dazzled with a display of consistency and control, fending off challenges from Adam Ficek and Down Kim. Meanwhile, in the Rookie Class, a dramatic twist saw Adam Kolář claim his first-ever victory after Ramadhan Fares’ jump-start penalty relegated the Kuwaiti racer to fifth.

Masters Class: Down Kim Dominates
South Korea’s Down Kim swept the Masters Class with a flawless weekend performance, followed closely by Czech brothers Petr and David Pozdnik, who secured second and third.

Beyond the races, Çeşme offered competitors and fans alike a slice of paradise—its sun-drenched beaches, vibrant culture, and world-renowned hospitality blending seamlessly with the championship’s electrifying energy.
