At Wimbledon, where she took part for the first time, Ada Kumru, the head of the series number 13, who appeared on the court in the qualification category in the junior category, defeated the French racket Dune Vaissaud 3-6, 6-1, 10-5 to advance to the final round of qualifying. Ada was paired with Spanish tennis player Ruth Roura Llaverias, the series number 5 of the qualifiers, in the final round of the qualifiers.
