2023 Spring Cup Paragliding Championships in Denizli: Results

The Spring Cup Distance Contest champions in Denizli's Çameli district have been decided. The championship had 60 competitors from 20 different countries who participated. The paragliding Spring Cup ended at the Yaylacık Paragliding Track Area, which has a height of 2 thousand 150 meters.

Paragliding was held for the third time this year, coordinated by Çameli District Governorship, Çameli Municipality, Turkish Aeronautical Association, FAI, Turkish Air Sports Federation, and Condor Air Sports Center. The champions were also announced after 5 days of spectacular racing.

In the General classification, Gora Göksal was first, Denis Pogolsha was second, and Sinan Çalışkan was third. Viera Schwery won first place in the Women's category, followed by Lynsey Haynes and Koung Young. Michi Schwery won first place in the Park Sports category, Viera Schwery finished second, and Aytekin Ocak finished third.

The paragliding world cup will also be held here in 2024.
