The best way to drive the area is to get local help. 

Approach 

If you drive to somewhere close to exit with 4X4 vehicle, hiking time is around 8 minutes 

If the car is not 4X4 then you need to hike like an hour. 

In both cases, hiking path is easy.

Landing 

Water is an option but it is deep. So there is road at the right side of the flight line which is seen after 30 seconds of flight 

Return Trip 

No chance. You gotta get the boat to turn back to town. 

Observations 

Since it faces north, it is mostly under shadow. Water landing might be totally sketchy so without boat on the lake, jump is not recommended.
