Varda Ultra Trail

On November 8, 2025, the Varda Ultra Trail will take runners deep into the soul of the Taurus Mountains, across the rugged beauty of Çakıt Valley, and beneath the timeless silhouette of the 112-year-old Varda Bridge.

Organized by Adana Running Club (ARC), the event is more than a race — it’s a tribute to endurance, nature, and history. Participants will run along the same paths that once carried empires and locomotives, where the legendary Varda Bridge still stands as a monument to human will and engineering mastery.

Now in its third edition, the Varda Ultra Trail offers three courses for all levels:
Bridge Trail (14K) – A scenic route from Yerköprü to the historic Varda Bridge.
Train Trail (27K) – A challenging yet rewarding course through the Belemedik Nature Park and the dramatic Çakıt Valley.
Varda Ultra Trail (62K) – A true ultra-distance challenge through the peaks and ridges of the Taurus Mountains.

Every step tells a story — carved in stone, whispered by the wind, and carried through time. The Varda Ultra Trail is not just a race, but a journey through history, resilience, and the boundless spirit of adventure.
