European Pickleball Open 2026
A new generation of racket sports will take center stage on Türkiye’s Mediterranean coast. From November 3–8, 2026, the European Pickleball Open 2026, powered by the Association of Pickleball Players (APP), will bring international competition to Ali Bey Club Manavgat in Antalya, where players of different ages and skill levels will gather for six days of fast rallies, sharp reflexes, and championship ambitions.
Organized by the European Pickleball Federation (EPF), the inaugural European Open will feature at least €50,000 in prize money, with cash prizes awarded in the Open and Senior Open divisions. Players will compete in men’s and women’s singles, doubles, and mixed doubles, combining the speed of a compact court with the strategy, precision, and quick reactions that have made pickleball one of the most talked-about emerging racket sports.
The 2026 edition will also introduce a new chapter for younger athletes. For the first time, the European Open will feature a dedicated Junior Competition, welcoming players aged 10–14 and 15–17 in singles, doubles, and mixed doubles. Young competitors will have the opportunity to experience an international tournament atmosphere alongside established players, making the event an exciting occasion for families as well as athletes.
The setting will be just as appealing as the competition. Located along Antalya’s Mediterranean coastline, Ali Bey Club Manavgat will offer 18 dedicated competition-standard pickleball courts, alongside 61 clay tennis courts and five padel courts. With resort accommodation, dining, and sports facilities in one location, the tournament will combine serious competition with the relaxed atmosphere of a late-autumn coastal getaway.
Away from the courts, Manavgat will offer plenty to discover. Visitors can explore the ancient streets of Side, admire the columns of the Temple of Apollo overlooking the Mediterranean, visit Manavgat Waterfall, or enjoy a quiet afternoon along the coast. Local flavors will add another reason to linger, from gözleme, a thin Turkish flatbread filled with cheese or herbs, to kabak tatlısı, a traditional pumpkin dessert served with tahini and walnuts.
The rallies may last only seconds. The reasons to stay will last much longer. Between ancient temples, Mediterranean sunsets, and the excitement of a growing international sport, the European Pickleball Open will offer a November escape that goes well beyond the court.
