Ephesus Ultra Marathon

From March 27 to 29, 2026, the Ephesus Ultra Marathon will unite runners in one of the world’s most breathtaking heritage sites — the timeless heart of Ephesus Ancient City, home to the Temple of Artemis, one of the Seven Wonders of the World.

As part of the Europe Trail Cup, the race blends ancient history, myth, and endurance. Each step leads through landscapes once walked by philosophers, merchants, and deities, revealing the spirit of civilizations that shaped human history.

The event offers six distinct courses designed for every level of runner:
6K St. Jean Race, 12K Artemis Trail, 27K Virgin Mary Trail, 42K Ephesus Short Trail, 61K Ephesus Medium Trail, and 120K Ultrail Ephesus.
Starting and finishing at Uğur Mumcu / Sevgi Yolu, the routes weave through olive groves, ancient marble streets, and scenic countryside, capturing the essence of the Aegean.

The Ephesus Ultra Marathon stands as a celebration of endurance, culture, and discovery — where every stride echoes with history and every finish line feels eternal.
