Cycling: Gran Fondo Trabzon

On Saturday, July 5, 2025, the city of Trabzon, Türkiye will host its first-ever Gran Fondo Trabzon, inviting cyclists from all backgrounds to discover the stunning coastlines, forested slopes, and cultural heartbeat of the Black Sea.

Organized under the theme “Sports City Trabzon”, this international-standard cycling event features two race categories—the Long Course (84.9 km) and the Short Course (45.8 km)—welcoming both amateur and licensed riders. Cyclists will conquer coastal curves, mountain climbs, and historic villages in a celebration of endurance and regional charm.

More than just a race, Gran Fondo Trabzon is a scenic and cultural cycling journey that blends physical challenge with local discovery.
