Çorlu Yarı Maratonu

Çorlu will bring road running to the heart of Thrace on October 18, 2026, as the International Çorlu Half Marathon welcomes runners to one of Türkiye’s most active urban corridors. With a 21K Half Marathon, 10K Public Run, and 1K Kids Run, the event will create a race day built around endurance, community, family participation, and the steady movement of a city long connected to the road between Istanbul and Europe.

Çorlu has always been shaped by movement. For centuries, the routes through Thrace carried traders, travelers, armies, ideas, and cultures between Anatolia and Europe. Today, that historic sense of connection will take on a new rhythm as runners move through the city’s modern streets, turning an old passageway of movement into a contemporary sports experience.

The race will also give visitors a reason to discover Çorlu and the wider Tekirdağ region. Between the event area at Cumhuriyet Park and the energy of race day, guests can experience Thrace’s welcoming local culture and finish the weekend with one of the region’s best-known flavors: Tekirdağ köftesi (Tekirdag Style Thracian Grilled Meatballs). Even if you are not running, you will still want to be here—because the International Çorlu Half Marathon will turn a Thracian city on the road to Europe into a race weekend where movement, local identity, family energy, and road-running spirit come together.
