Beykoz Trail Run

Istanbul will show off its greener, wilder side on May 10, 2026, as the Beykoz Trail Run returns for its 4th edition—a trail day built as much for atmosphere as for altitude. Based in Mahmutşevketpaşa Village in Beykoz, this event blends forest paths and rolling climbs with a festival-style finish line: music, coffee, good energy, and a proper BBQ waiting when the shoes come off.

Runners can choose between a 10K with about 373 m of elevation gain or an 18K with roughly 662 m—enough climbing to feel earned, but still perfectly runnable for anyone who wants a challenging, scenic day on Istanbul’s woodland trails. And even if you’re not racing, you’ll still want to come along—because this is one of those weekends where the sidelines are fun, the air is fresh, and the finish area feels like a picnic you don’t want to leave.
