420 World Sailing Championships

From July 1 to 9, 2025, Türkiye will host the 2025 420 World Sailing Championships in the picturesque waters of Urla, Izmir. Organized by the Turkish Sailing Federation and the International 420 Class Association, this global event will feature Men & Mixed, Women, and U17 categories.

Set along the stunning Aegean coastline, the championship will gather the world’s top young sailors competing in 420-class boats for the coveted world titles. As the eighth edition of this stand-alone series since 2009, it promises thrilling races and a celebration of international sailing culture.
