13th TAYK – Olympos Regatta

From August 8 to 17, the 13th TAYK – Eker Olympos Regatta will transform Kalamış’s turquoise waters into the stage for a nine-day, five-category nautical marathon—where speed, tactical brilliance, and Türkiye’s maritime heritage unite.

Opening with the sleek, precision-tuned J70 class, the regatta will see crews from across Türkiye and abroad mastering Marmara’s shifting winds in pursuit of both trophies and the thrill of sailing against Istanbul’s iconic skyline.

Beyond Racing: A Floating Festival
The program also features match races, offshore challenges, and model yacht events, carrying the competitive energy from Kalamış to the Bosphorus. Evenings will offer Italian Night, Turkish Night, and Street Food Night, turning the docks into a cultural and culinary hub.
